Who needs a commercial EPC?

Just about every commercial building let, sold or being built with the exception of places of worship, agricultural barns and properties without electricity or heating. Something you just need to have, to comply with legislation. From April 2018 all non domestic properties which are not exempt will require the minimum rating of an E.

The simple answer is we will go anywhere! Our main stomping ground is East Anglia and London, although, we work with a number of commercial assessors located all over the United Kingdom.

When can I expect to receive my EPC?

---

You can expect to receive an electronic copy of your epc within 24 hours of the site visit. A hard copy can be sent in the post, if required. Quotes are responded to within hours of receipt. Site visits can usually be planned within a week of confirmation of order. If your requirement is urgent we are always happy to oblige, where physically possible!
