Getting ready for MEES - The Minimum Energy Efficiency Standards
There are new Minimum Energy Efficiency Standards (MEES) required for lettings in England and Wales from April 2018. Oyster offer an inexpensive path to help abusinesses comply.
Oyster Energy offer a minimum EPC standards compliance package which includes:
1. Initial on-site appraisal of current EPC rating.
2. Advisory Report production for client to make informed decisions on the most cost effective method of attaining the minimum standard.
3. Follow-up on site EPC generation after changes have been implemented.

Who needs a commercial EPC?
Just about every commercial building let, sold or being built with the exception of places of worship, agricultural barns and properties without electricity or heating. When can I expect to receive my EPC?
You can expect to receive an electronic copy of your epc within 24 hours of the site visit. A hard copy can be sent in the post, if required. Quotes are responded to within hours of receipt. Site visits can usually be planned within a week of confirmation of order. If your requirement is urgent we are always happy to oblige, where physically possible!
